We use the Internet and we use the expertise of our teams to bring together potential buyers and sellers on a national and international basis. We see our operating strategy as a mix of old and new - we are internet based but use traditional concepts of quality service and marketing to generate business. In doing this successfully, we empower not only buyers and sellers, but also the real estate agents and brokers that we work with.

FSBO International Group, Inc. runs a series of web sites that connect business buyers and sellers in specific market sectors (e.g. restaurants, hotels/motels, gas stations, beauty shops, etc.)

The structure of the 'business transfer' industry has not changed significantly in over 50 years. We use the Internet to revolutionize the way businesses are bought and sold, and to introduce a new marketing dimension for business sellers and brokers.

Each web site is geared to a particular market sector, which in turn focuses the recruitment, marketing, sales and publicity programs for the web site.

We attract buyers through Internet search engines and advertising, and through traditional advertising and marketing approaches. We restrict our role to introducing buyers and sellers, and do not act as brokers, or take any sales commission. Additional potential sources of income are: network advertising;  fees for equipment and other sales generated through the site; mailing list charges and premium classified ad charges.
